Here is the UPI outing schedule for 2010:

March 26 - 28	Moccasin Creek UPI Board meeting and pot luck to be determined
May 21 - 23	Bull Creek UPI Board meeting and pot luck to be determined (NOI required for mining activities)
June 26 - July 5	Genesee UPI Board meeting and pot luck to be determined
September 4 - 6	Twain UPI There will be a pot luck and raffle Board meeting to be determined
November 12 - 14	Coulterville/Moccasin Creek UPI Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Feed Dinner on Saturday and Board meeting to follow

If you want to arrive a week or several days before any outing, please go for it. The reason there are specific dates is that the “potluck” and the Board meeting, if scheduled, will both fall on Saturday. If there are any exceptions, we’ll let you know via the newsletter or by e-mail!
